Just had a dream that made me wake up with the widest smile ever.

I'm inside a royal palace, like actually giant, so giant it hosts two entire armies that are about to battle. I'm sitting on a terrace where I have full view of the battlefield. Our king, along with his royal archers, are to my direct left, and below them on the ground is our army. The enemy army is across the palace, advancing. The battle starts with our side shooting arrows at enemy's advancing infantry, which is not very effective, as they're protected by some kind of spell. So our king decides to use his royal archers right away. I look left and I see them draw their huge, I mean huge bows, and they start their attack in unison, all of them becoming beings of pure light, fully white, like they were made of some essence that was somehow ethereal and almost fading out of existence but also the most physical and densest thing I've ever seen, and then thwang, the air shimmers and bends all over as they release their arrows, white doves flying at the speed of light towards the enemy army. They're super effective. Their infantry, their archers, even some of the enemy king's most immediate members get hit and die instantly, it's a spectacle of bodies exploding into mists of blood, body parts flying around in kinetic ecstasy, formations being destroyed as they panic and try to steer back into cohesion. Our king repeats his successful attack, it works beautifully again. He does it a third time, but this time, as the white doves are flying forward, time stops and the enemy king manifests himself. An emperor-like figure, ultra fucking gigachad with long flowing hair in full golden metallic armor, floats down from above, a huge golden staff in his right hand, he raises it pointing at all the doves and launches a spell that's exactly one I implemented in Orblike/Invoker, it's inspired by Tree of Savior's Psychokino's Gravity Pole, it's essentially a line where you hold right mouse button and you can forcefully grab enemies in it, the enemy king does this to all the white doves, just slowly moving his staff around so the ray of controlling force actually grabs all of them, and then fwoosh, they all get sent back our way, and boom, a massive explosion deals terrible damage to our royal archers, white light dissipates and bricks fly around all over, it's a nightmare. Our king has enough of this and decides to get involved himself. He, too, is an ultra fucking emperor-like gigachad with full flowing hair and a wildly complex pure black metallic armor, which leaves a trail of darkness behind him as he floats down. The enemy king spawns some summons, and then I don't remember exactly what happens, this is the only part of the dream I forgot, but the exchange between our king, the enemy king's summons, and the enemy king has the enemy king decide that it didn't go his way, he's now at 95% HP, he has an extremely huge HP pool compared to everyone else, except our king, like, it's enormously huge, and so he decides that his incursion into our side of the battle has been enough and that he has to go back. This is reasonable, he only lost 5% of his HP, there's no way our king will manage to deal much more damage. But as the enemy king moves back, our king for some reason chases, trying a few attacks with his sword and then lance, but none of it connects properly, and the ones that do connect don't deal much damage. The enemy king is now more on their side of the battlefield than ours, and our king is about to cross the midsection, and that's when he decides to cast some fucking giga powerup spell, he raises his lance upwards, pools of rainbowy void darkness manifest around him, some priest to my left says some words in a language I don't understand, but I assume it's like a long distance enchantment spell, our king is now fully darkness, his outline is shimmering and glowing like a rainbow, in exactly the same way that I implemented the polychrome visual effect in Orblike/Invoker, and then, his mount appears, like in an MMO when you have to stop and wait a little for your mount to appear when you press the button, the enemy king knew this and was also casting his mount so he could run away faster, but it's too late, our king has already closed the distance, and now his darkness infused lance meets the enemy king's back in the fastest motions I've ever seen, like when you have so much attack speed the attack animations are barely visible, just four hits, four basic attacks, not even spells, and the enemy king's HP is immediately zero, he just fucking died, he evaporated, just like that, it's over, he got killed like some common level 2 mob. But as soon as this happens, I realize our king's mistake, as the enemy king still had some summons alive, and his death triggers some complex cast on death cascade that has his summons home into our king and explode like banelings, our king's HP immediately also drops to nothing, and I'm like, what the fuck? They both died? But then I look more closely as the dust settles, and no, I see it, 66 / 6 gorillion HP left, our king survived with 66 HP, lucky crazy bastard, and then I wake up.
