The answer is: to love, and give yourself freely and fully to the world. Your "desire to be loved" is itself a confusion, a misinterpretation of your own feelings. The reason that lack is never sated, and you struggle with the ache so much that you post on reddit about it, is because you're not actually lacking in -recievibg love, you are starved for giving it. Turn your attention outwards and give yourself until there's nothing left to give, and you will soon be delivered from this "desire to be loved"!
