Projects like the tweet below and the recently successful Sir, We Have an Orc Problem look very fun to make. They're also very fun to watch (have not played the Orc game because I can simulate how fun it is in my head, perhaps a few more roguelite elements next time...), something about watching what is essentially a slow moving liquid but where each particle is still identifiable is very cool. It's the same feeling you get from watching marble races or anything of the sort, it's just physics happening and that's pretty much always fun.
